Head of Manufacturing

Job description

As head of the manufacturing department you are fully responsible for the operational activities of the sensor assembly in our factory in Trutnov.
This includes 

• Managing of our manufacturing department with around 70 employees including the engineering department.
• You are fully responsible for an efficient workflow and the reliable delivery of the orders like scheduled.
• You are responsible for the planning off the capacity and the necessary employees and also for the investments.

You will report directly to the plant director in Trutnov. Investments and changes of the manufacturing structures will be decided together with the managing director.
We would like to employ our new head of manufacturing as soon as possible.
As the manufacturing in Trutnov will be set up new and a new building must be planned you can bring in all your experience from the beginning on.

Your profile

• Electronic-Graduate or comparable education
• Min. 2 years working experience in a managing function in a manufacturing company
• Detailed knowledge of MS Office
• Strong system skills in an ERP planning system like SAP and the necessary planning background
• Knowledge of manufacturing time system like REFA
• First language Czech and very good language abilities in German or English
• Good communication skills and pleasant manner
• Willingness to perform and take over responsibility
• Target oriented working
